This Purchase Options Cancellation Policy applies to any subscription or recurring purchase option ("Purchase Option") offered by Loungora through our website, www.loungora.com.

If you have not purchased a subscription or recurring product from us, this policy does not apply to your order — please see our Refund Policy instead.

1. How Purchase Options Work

When you select a Purchase Option at checkout, you agree to recurring charges to your chosen payment method on a set schedule (e.g. monthly), until you cancel.

Cancellation will take effect from your next scheduled billing date. We do not offer partial refunds for the current billing period once it has started.

You may pause, skip, or modify your upcoming order (e.g. change size, colour, or delivery address) by contacting us before the next processing date, subject to the same notice period as cancellations.

4. Failed Payments

If a scheduled payment fails, we may retry the charge or contact you to update your payment details. Your Purchase Option may be automatically cancelled after repeated failed payment attempts.

5. Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving your first shipment under UK consumer law, or your rights under our Refund Policy for faulty or incorrect items.
