How long does shipping take?
We ship from the Netherlands, most orders arrive within 3-7 business days. You'll get a tracking link as soon as your order ships, so you always know where it's at.
Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
What size should I get?
Check the size chart on each product page. Stuck between two sizes? Go with the bigger one — our pieces are made for a relaxed fit.
Can I return my order?
Yes, within 30 days. Item just needs to be unworn with tags still on. Message us and we'll sort it out together.
When do I get my refund?
Once we've received and checked your return, you'll get your money back within 5-7 business days on your original payment method.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Message us as soon as you can — we'll always try to sort it out for you as long as it hasn't shipped yet.
How do I track my order?
You'll get a tracking link by email once your package ships. Can't find it? Check your spam folder, or just message us.
Are the colors true to the photos?
We try to keep our photos as accurate as possible, but colors can look slightly different depending on your screen. Not sure? Ask us before you order.
How do I wash my Loungora pieces?
Cold wash, skip the dryer. That's the best way to keep the fabric soft and holding its shape.
